I am impressed. I was sure this book would have things about how to use a dehydrator, drying charts, etc. What I didn’t know is that I would get a really great recipe for Taco Seasoning, which I love. There is a lot of great information packed into this little (40-page) book.

Wow, your book is so much more than just how to dehydrate. I’ve got ideas of what I need to grow in my garden and what to make for quick meals and snacks. Being a frugal person I love the cost effectiveness of using the dehydrator all year around and the lack of space needed compared to canned food.. A little bit, goes a lot further.

I still have a bunch of picked Tomatoes and Onions. I have a box one. I was afraid of them growing mold. Because the instruction manual had so little time to dry. So I will try a batch with your recommendations. Plus I have to dry some onions.
Mom did have a homemade dryer, she would dry fruit so hard. Again my concern of the fruit mold. So help?
